WHAT IS PILATES?
 

Pilates is a mind and body workout that emphasizes stability in the pelvis and spine. Pilates utilizes low-impact exercises to develop core strength, increase flexibility and create long, strong muscles. Expect to challenge your stamina and find proper postural alignment through the rhythm and specific breathing patterns of each exercise. People of all ages and levels can use Pilates as a source of rehabilitation and training to simultaneously strengthen and tone several different muscle groups with the iconic full-body resistance workouts.

GYROTONIC® Method?

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® is a unique way to re-involve functional movement into your life. Gyrotonic exercises use rhythm and flow, combined with circular and spiraling movements to create healthier pathways for the body and increase range of motion. The specialized equipment facilitates in decompression while the exercises promote greater mobility and a deeper understanding of your body's interconnectivity.
